Our Story

David Andrews, a Nashville native, opened D’Andrews Bakery & Cafe after years perfecting his craft in New York City. Located in downtown Nashville, the bakery offers a variety of pastries and sandwiches on freshly-baked bread. David brings high-quality recipes from top New York restaurants using the best ingredients for superior desserts and pastries. Everything is made in-house, including roasted meats, sauces, dressings, jams, and syrups. Known for hand-crafted treats such as a French Bulldog macaron inspired by his dog, Daisy, D’Andrews also serves as a café for breakfast and lunch. They offer online ordering for busy customers, making it easy to order breakfast sandwiches or custom cakes for events.

David opened D'Andrews in 2018 after gaining extensive experience in his family's business, culinary school, and various prestigious roles in New York City. He returned to Nashville to fulfill his dream of opening his own bakery and café.
